If you're using Corel Draw please do the following.
Convert all fonts to outlines.
Embed all rastered images.
Export and save file as an EPS.
If you're using Adobe Indesign please do the following.
Convert all fonts to outlines.
Embed all rastered images.
Export and save file as an EPS.
